The balance after deposit of $3350 is due in full by June 23, 2020 (90 days prior to departure).
Is there a specific agency that is making the travel arrangements? Can it be cancelled if something occurs that would affect a person traveling? Is the deposit non-refundable?

Cancellation – Yes, it can be cancelled but in order to get the refund a travel insurance needs to be purchased with Nativity Pilgrimage.
The deposit is non-refundable.
The price is for double occupancy.
You say the price is for double occupancy, does that mean the $3650 is for two people (i.e. husband and wife)? Or is that per person?
$3650 – is per person based upon double occupancy. Single occupancy is higher.
Do we need visas for either country? How do we get visas? Will baggage be checked, (if so, will there be an extra charge?) or carried on board? How many meals are paid for? How much cash will we need? How do we convert cash to local currency? How much walking will there be? If it is not too late, who do we send the $300 down payment to? Do hotels have adapters for our cell phone cords?
